Ingredients

    1 c Yellow corn grits
    1 c Whole wheat flour
    3 tsp Baking powder - aluminum free
    1 tsp Sea salt
    6 tsp Organic whole sugar cane
    1 c Soy milk
    1/4 c Applesauce - unsweetened

Directions

Preheat oven 400 degrees. In medium bowl mix dry ingredients. Combine soy milk and applesauce. Pour mixture into dry ingredients and stir. Do not over stir. Pour into an 8X8 square baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 12.
