Ingredients

2 cans of cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
1 - 14.5 oz. box of Heartland Penne noodles
7oz. of skinless boneless chicken breast
1 large carrot - diced
1 large celery stalk - diced
1 head of broccoli chopped (1.5 cups)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. of country crock spread
1/2 cup of fat free milk
Directions
Boil noodles in 1 pan.
Boil chicken in another pan.
Boil broccoli, carrots, and celery in another pan.
When done dice up the chicken. Strain the noodles and vegetables, and mix everything together. Add the rest of the ingredients in 1 large sauce pan and cook on medium low for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir often to keep from scorching. Serve when warm thoroughly. Serve and enjoy! Makes 7 servings.
