    8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 c chopped onion (more or less to taste)
    1 15oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 4oz can Mushroom Pieces and Stems
    1 c Fresh Chopped Baby Spinach
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
    1 c Dry Great Value Small Shells Pasta


Chop chicken into bite size cubes. Chop onion and spinach. Boil Shells according to package directions. Whlie pasta is boiling, cook chicken in skillet until no longer pink. When chicken is almost done, add onions to the skillet. Saute together until onion is transparent. Add can of diced tomatoes, drain mushrooms and add to skillet, add parmesan, drain pasta and add to skillet. Stir together over low heat until heated through. Add spinach and heat for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
