Ingredients

1 box angelfood cake mix prepared as directed
6 oz. container light vanilla yogurt
6 oz. container light peach yogurt
2-4 serving packages fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding
    5 medium peaches

Directions

Bake cake as directed, let cool and tear into 3/4 inch chunks.
Prepare pudding as directed following pie filling recipe using 1-3/4 cup fat free milk for each package. Chill in refrigerator approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
Peel and slice 4 peaches, remaining peach should be sliced without peeling.
In a glass bowl or trifle dish put half of the angelfood bits in the bowl, next layer 1/2 of the pudding and 1/2 of each yogurt container. Add yogurt by dropping a spoonful randomly on top of the pudding, next put 1/2 of the peeled and sliced peaches.
Make a second layer in the same manner except when you put the peaches on, put the remaining peeled peaches down first and then lay out in a decorative fashion the unpeeled sliced peaches on top for a garnish effect.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

This was a light, fresh dessert. No one in my family could tell it was in any way "dietetic". - 3/9/09
