    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Great Value Chicken Broth, 4 serving
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Kroger Chick Peas (canned), 2 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10 oz
    Ground Pork, 10 oz
    *Egg white, 1 serving
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.125 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Orzo Pasta, 0.25 cup
    Salt, .5 tbsp

Directions

**Shape turkey and pork meat into balls with seasonings, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg whites
**Bake meatballs at 350 degrees for 20 min
**Sautee veggies with tsp of olive oil in large soup pot until soft
**Add garbonzo beans, chicken broth, and water to veggies
**Add meatballs, spinach, and pasta
**Simmer on low for 45 min until pasta is tender
