OK, so there are lots and lots of Turkey burger recipes out there and I have tried most of them so I can say with all authority that this is the "bestest"! Serve as traditional burger or top with "Cottage Dill Sauce by Rebbie" for a more formal meal. Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Turkey
4 tsp dried bread crumbs
2 Tblsp egg substitute
4 tsp finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp finely chopped onion
1 Tblsp ground flaxseed
2 Tblsp Lite Soy Sauce
2Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients. Flaxseed helps bind the mixture. Add more if desired or add another binder. Form 4 burgers. Sprinkle the tops with Montreal Steak Seasoning. I grill these on a veggie grill pan sprayed with Pam for 6 to 8 minutes on each side using wood smoke or along side my husband's hamburger to get that nice smoky flavor. The porcelian covered grill pan with small holes is crucial because these burgers are fragil . Also good on a George Foreman grill.
Stack with traditional burger toppings ( not included in the nutrtional info) or serve as a mian course topped with "Cottage Dill Sauce by Rebbie". Reheats well in the microwave.
