Ingredients

    1 large egg
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    3 tbsp milk
    3 tbsp orange juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup mashed banana
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients (except chips). Fold in chips. Spoon evenly into greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 12 regular size muffins.
