Ingredients

    1/2 cup light mayonnaise/miracle whip
    1 egg
    2 medium ripe banana's, mashed
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

* Heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
* Combine mayonnaise, egg, and banana
* In separate bowl, combine the remaining
ingredients
* Add dry ingredients to mayonnaise mixture
* Turn into a 9 x 11 inch (or loaf pan) greased
pan
* Bake 45 - 50 min (60 - 70 in the loaf pan)
* Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan if
desired.
* Cool before slicing.

* Slice into 18 equal pieces
* 1 piece = 154 calories

    I did the 1/2 SPlenda - 1/2 sugar thing and used the Fat Free Miricle Whip. I have tried MANY banana bread recipes - this is now my signature recipe! Super delicious!!!!! - 6/30/10

    Tried this minus the choc chips & used regular mayo. Cld not find light mayo in supermarket! Turned out nice & kind of sweet!!! - 9/14/09
