Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I did the 1/2 SPlenda - 1/2 sugar thing and used the Fat Free Miricle Whip. I have tried MANY banana bread recipes - this is now my signature recipe! Super delicious!!!!!
I used 1/2 Cup all purpose flour, 1/2 Cup 7grain flour, and 1/2 Cup Soy flour to increase protein. And I used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 splenda came out great. I did use a Jumbo egg it is what hubby brought home.
Excellent cake, I halved it and made it in a bundt pan then dusted with powdered sugar.
Great! A sweet "coffee break" snack that won't blow away my calorie range. Thanks!
