Ingredients

Barilla Pasta (any short pasta you can eat with spoon)
1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 Can San Marzano Tomatoes
1 Sm can Tomato Paste
1 Sm can Tomato Sauce
Garlic
1/2 Onion
Directions
Brown the Ground Sirloin in Saute pan until cooked through. Strain the meat in colander to drain any fat from the pan.
While the meat in draining. Sweat the onions and the Garlic in saute pan. Mix in the tomato paste with 1/2 can water until paste is mixed well. Crush the tomatoes in blender combine the paste mixture in blender with can of sauce. Blend until they are completely blended.
Add meat back into saute pan and pour the blended sauce over the meat and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Let Simmer for approx. 30 - 45 mins.
While Sauce is cooking boil the water and cook past per package directions. Strain.
Spoon pasta in bowl and add Meat Sauce over top of pasta and Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
