Introduction

I took a recipe I found on vegweb.com and made it a little healthier! I took a recipe I found on vegweb.com and made it a little healthier!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup Sugar
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 oz walnuts
    dash of salt

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Put in a lightly sprayed bread pan.

Bake on 325 for about 45-50 minutes.
