Ingredients

    2 very ripe large bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t cinnamon
    mini chocolate chips (optional)
    peanut butter chips (optional)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients, using the chips if you want extra sweetness. Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes. Cookies are puffy, and slightly "pancake" texture, but taste great! My 2 year old loves them!! Makes approx 30 1 1/2" cookies

    I made this recipe to a tee but it seems as if it's missing something. I didn't add the chocolate chips so I will do that the next time I make them. - 3/3/12

    Mmm, delicious! I'll for sure make them again, and next time I'll put some nuts or chocolate chips in(: I left them out this time, but I'm sure they'd be amazing. - 6/7/11
