    1 c steel cut oats
    1 1/4 c water
    1 c skim milk
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1c diced apples


Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low overnight. May need to use more liquid if oatmeal comes out too thick/dry.

    Very good! I will add more milk and water next time because a lot of it burned/stuck to the sides. Glad I used a crock pot liner!! - 11/10/08
