Ingredients

    Rotisserie chicken, about 1/2
    Yellow bell pepper, 1
    Celery, 3 ribs
    Nonfat Yogurt, 1 cup
    Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons
    Pesto, 2 tablespoons

Directions

Chop chicken, pepper, and celery into small pieces, and mix together.
Blend together yogurt, Mayonnaise, and pesto, and combine with chicken and vegetable mixture.
Add salt, herbs, and spices to taste.

Makes about 9 1/2 cup servings
