Introduction

This is REALLY good. Very moist and can be made with blueberries, or probably even peaches This is REALLY good. Very moist and can be made with blueberries, or probably even peaches
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Cake:
    1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
    1 1/2 c sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 c light sour cream
    1 t vanilla
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 t baking soda
    2 cups blackberries

    Topping:
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 T whole wheat flour
    1 T cinnamon
    1 T butter softened

Directions

Oven 350

Cream applesauce and sugar together.
Beat in egg whites
Mix in sour cream and vanilla
Mix flour and baking soda together and add to the sour cream mix
stir in blackberries
Spray a 9x13 baking pan and pour this mixture into it

Mix the topping together til crumbly
Sprinkle topping over the cake batter

Bake 30-40 min til done

cool and serve
