    32 oz bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup - fat free
    8-12 oz cheddar cheese - low fat
    8 oz low fat or fat free sour cream
    1.5 tbsp onion flakes
    1.5 cups of crushed corn flakes
    1 stick of margerine


put potatoes - partailly thawed in large casserole dish
mix soup, sour cream and cheese in seperate bowl, put on top of potatoes
pour crushed corn flakes over cheese mixture
drizzle one stick of melted margerine over corn flakes
bake at 350 for 45-60minutes, takes a little longer if potatoes are not thawed
makes about 15 one cup servings

    Yummy. There are lots of variations on this one - subtitute cream of potato soup, use two cans of soup, try different cheeses, top with crushed Rice Krispies.... - 7/3/10
