Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 tbs baking soda
    4 half cup measures of whole wheat flour (2 cups)
    3 half cup measures of white flour (1 1/2 cups)
    2 pinches of salt (or use salted butter)
    1 stick of butter

    2 cups of milk (I use powdered made into milk right then)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450degrees

1. combine dry ingredients,
2. cut in butter (I use a kitchen aid flat blade for ease)
3. Mix in milk by hand

drop large tablespoon scoops onto baking stone (or sheet) -makes about 24

Cook for 10-15 minutes.
