Ingredients

    3 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
    1 container Jack's Gourmet Salsa
    1 pkg 40% less sodium Old El Paso taco seasoning
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free

Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Pour salsa and cream of chicken soup over chicken. Cook all day on low setting (or for 10 hours). Serve with rice or vegetables.

Serving size = approx 3.5 oz of chicken.
