Ingredients


    Durkeee/French's French Fried Onion Rings, 1.3 cup
    4 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
    Scrambled Egg, 1 large

Directions

Crush French's/Durkee onions in large plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg to coat then toss in plastic bag with onions. Press firmly to make adhere. Place on baking sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 4 servings.

    this is good--you can also just use just the egg white to dip the chicken in or substitue by dipping chicken into milk prior to coating - 2/22/08

    WONDERFUL recipe! I'm overweight, but my family isn't, so they want yummy. When I made this, my family went nuts; they loved it, asking when I could make it again! (PS Good idea on either egg beaters or egg whites, but even organic egg whites are probably cheaper.) Planning to make for company! - 2/26/12
