I made this with cod. I added a little Marsala to the molasses and marmalade. Seems there is always a half used jar of orange marmalade in the fridge. I also sprinkled more sliced almonds on top of the orange slices. I love using non-stick foil. You can rinse, refrigerate and reuse it. - 6/23/11

It was good, considering we don't eat much fish. For the pepper, I substituted red pepper flakes and lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp. each. Also, I wrapped fish in foil and put it on the grill and it came out fine. - 7/31/09

It didn't seem to have much flavour other than a watery orange. But perhaps with a honey mustard added rather than molasses? - 7/8/07
