Ingredients

    1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
    1/3 cup applesauce
    3 egg whites

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Make 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten till 1/4 inch think with the bottom of a glass.
Back 6-9 minutes, depending on oven.
Enjoy!

    Very Good
    The batter was too sticky to roll into balls so I dropped from spoon. Also had to bake 15-17 mins to get them done. I melted 2 tbsp of vanilla icing and drizzled over the cookies. Mmmm! Family loved them! I was looking for a funfetti cupcake fix and this did the trick! - 4/16/09
