I make this recipe weekly but I double it for my family. We like leftovers. Anyhow I use 1 TBS honey isntead and it takes about 3-4 cups of flour until it forms a nice ball. then oil it and put it in a bowl in a warm place for 30-60 mins until dooubled in size. I have a low temp oven that proofs - 8/3/07

    Very Good
I make a similar recipe as this one, and considering the measurements of the other ingredients to start with 3 cups of flour and keep adding until your dough isn't sticky anymore, maybe 4 cups, possibly 5. However, STOP before your dough is tough or stiff. I've made that mistake. It's not pretty. - 7/30/07
