    6 C. cooked lentils
    2-4 C. cooking liquid, depending how sloppy you want 'em
    2 med. onions, chopped
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/4 C. blackstrap molasses
    1/4 C. cider vinegar
    1 Tbs. soy sauce


Combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 20 minutes or until onions are tender.

Great as a stew or served over whole grain buns.

Serves 12, approximately 1 cup per serving.
