Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    12-16 oz diced cooked ham, chop smaller
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups of shredded 2% cheddar cheese

Directions

Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonfat cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of potatoes, then 1/2 of ham, then 1/2 of onion and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 minutes more. Serve with hot peas and chilled applesauce. Makes 6-8 one cup portions.
