    1 Chicken breast cut into bit size pieces
    1 med. onion, pureed or chop finely
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    2 tbsp cashew butter
    Masala spice to taste,start with 1 teaspoon
    water as needed


Cook chicken in a pot with a lid with a bit of water to prevent it from sticking. When the pink from the chicken is almost gone add the onions. Cook until onions are translucent and chicken is no longer pink. Add the tomato paste, cashew butter and spice. Thin with water until you have the consistency you like. I like my sauce on the thick side. Serves 2. Good with rice or bread
