1 Box of Devils Food Cake, dry mix
    5 egg whites
    1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup 2% buttermilk
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 large box of fat free instant chocolate pudding
    3 cups of 2% milk
    1 tub of cool whip

Spray 2 flan pans and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl beat egg whites until frothy. Add the applesauce, buttermilk, and sour cream, beat until mixed. Add dry cake mix until blended and then beat for 2 more minutes.

Spread batter evenly into the pans and bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Meanwhile mix together the 3 cups of milk and pudding, following the directions on the box. After pudding has set, gently fold in cool whip and refrigerate until cake has cooled.

When cakes have cooled, invert both onto separate serving plates and divide pudding mixture onto the top of both.

Makes 2 cakes and serves 16 medium-large pieces.
