Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pita pocket
1 cup shredded or grated mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    between 1&1/2---2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mushrooms (or any other topping of choice)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to bake at 450 degrees F
2. Cut Pita pocket in half horizontally, (so that you have two flat slices of pita)
3. [I recommend putting pitas on a baking sheet at this time] Cover pita with tomato sauce, and if necessary add more.
4. Place mushrooms ,and/or other toppings, evenly over pita.
5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over toppings and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Carefully place in oven once it reaches 450 degrees, and let cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese on the edges starts to brown.
7. Remove and enjoy! :-)
