Ingredients

    2.5 lbs. Extra lean beef stew meat
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    2 large celery stalks, sliced
    2- 15.25 oz. Cans Sweet Corn
    2- 15.25 oz. Cans Cut Green Beans
    2- 16 oz. Cans Bush's Kidney Beans
    1/4- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour to thicken
    6-8 cups of water/ vegetable juices

Directions

First, brown the stew meat well and then place in a 6 quart crock pot with sliced celery and soup miix. Set crockpot on high for 3-4 hours (6 hours on low). Then add all canned ingredients and cook on high for an additional 30minutes. Add flour to thicken to desired consistency. Enjoy a bowl or eat over brown rice! Serves 12.
