Ingredients

    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 50 grams
    Brown Sugar, 75 grams
    Raisins, 50 grams
    Apricots, dried, 50 grams
    Prunes, dried, 50 grams
    Semi Skimmed Milk, 150 mls
    Flour, whole grain, 50 grams
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp


Directions

Put the All Bran, sugar, dried fruit and milk into a bowl and leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Add the flour and baking powder and stir with a wooden spoon until all mixed thoroughly.

Pour all into a non-stick loaf tin.

Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for about one hour. Test that a skewer pushed into the loaf comes out clean and your loaf is done. Allow to cool in the tin. Invert the tin and let the loaf slide out onto a board. Makes 9 thick slices of only 116 calories each!
