Ingredients

    * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    MIlk 2% 1.5 cups
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    * Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup
    * *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    * *Honeysuckle White Boneless Turkey Breast Roast, 6 oz LEFTOVER
    * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    * Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded

Directions

Heat butter in skillet over low heat, blend in flour and stir until lightly browned. Add onion, salt and pepper. Add enough milk to make two cups of sauce. Gradually add milk to skillet and cook. Drain mushrooms and add to thickened sauce.

Layer half of rice, turkey and veggies in a 1.5 quart casserole dish. Pour in half of the sauce, repeat layers. Top with cheese. Bade at 350 degrees, covered for 30-35 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes more.
