Ingredients

    Winter Melon 8 cups diced
    Corn Niblets - 1 can
    Silken Tofu - 1 package/12oz
    Shitake Mushroom - 1.5 cups diced
    Chicken Breast - 10 ounces diced
    Chicken Broth - 1 cup
    liquid egg whites - 150ml
    Salt - 1tbsp

Directions

Cut up all ingredients into dice sized pieces. Boil a big pot of water.
Add all ingredients except for egg whites and salt.
Let the soup cook for 30 minutes.
Pour in the egg whites while stirring the soup.
Add salt to taste.
