Ingredients
-
Butter, salted, 2 cup
Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract, 5 tsp
*Flour, white, 6 cup
Baking Powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or use parchment.
Combine butter and sugar. Do not cream, just make sure mixture is smooth. Mix together the eggs, cream and extract. Pour into butter and sugar and mix until the eggs break.
Mix flour and baking powder. Add to liquid ingredients. Process to form dough.
You do not need to chill this dough before use.
I use plenty of flour when rolling out my dough though.
Bake 8-10min. cool on wire rack.
I made 75 cookies with this dough with a small ball left over. I used the wilton 101 cookie cutter set. These were all medium sized cookies.
So 6 dozen medium cookies and I would guess 4 dozen larger cookies.
Use your favorite icing and enjoy!
