    1 C. red peppers
    1/2 C. onions1/2 baked potato
    1 tomato
    2 oz. deli roast beef
    2 t. worcestershire sauc
    dash pepper

Directions

dice peppers, onions and tomato.
sauye in skillet wiyh oil.
dice potato and add to pan
cut deli beef into bite size pieces. add beef and tomato to pan.
add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
heat thru
