Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 TBSP ketchup
    3 TBSP chili sauce
    1 TBSP mustard
    1 TBSP vinegar
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut celery, onion, and pepper into pan with hamburger until browned.

Add remaining ingredients to above mixture and stir until blended.

Makes 8 sandwiches
