    -1/2 C WHITE SUGAR
    -1/3 C PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    -1/2C RED. FAT CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
    -1 LARGE EGG
    -1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
    -2 SMALL BANANAS, MASHED
    -1 1/4 C ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
    -1/2 C QUICK COOKING OATS
    -1 TSP BAKING SODA
    -1/4 TSP TABLE SALT
    -1/2 C MINI SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Directions

-BEAT BUTTER AND SUGARS UNTIL CREAMY.
-ADD PB, MASHED BANANAS, EGG, AND VANILLA. BEAT WELL.
-MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN SMALL BOWL (EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS)
-ADD FLOUR MIXTURE TO BUTTER MIXTURE.
-STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
-PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
-LINE COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
-PLACE COOKIES ON SHEETS BY TABLESPOONFULS.
-BAKE 9-12 MINUTES.
-LET COOL FOR FEW MINUTES THEN MOVE TO A WIRE RACK
-MAKES 60 COOKIES.

    These were wonderful! A nice fluffy texture! I only made about 48 cookies, instead of 60, but still a great flavor!! Thanks for sharing! - 9/15/09
