Introduction

I don't like all the added sugar in the store bought ones and love the idea of using fresh strawberries. One day I just whipped this up and it was AMAZING! I now keep some in the fridge for snacks! Ingredients

    -1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
    -127 g chopped fresh ripe strawberries
    -1 t heaping Fiber Sure

Directions

Mix the Fiber Sure with the applesauce first. Cut and measure the strawberries. Put the applesauce in the food processor with the strawberries. First chop all ingredients and then puree until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.
