Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    White Flour (2 cps)
    Whole Wheat Flour (1.5 cps)
    Baking Powder (2 tbs)
    Salt (1 dash)
    Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or other non-dairy milk (2.5 cps)
    Canola Oil (1.25 cp)
    Agave Nectar (2 tbs)
    Molasses (1 cup)
    Zest from one orange or orange extract (1 tsp)
    Vanilla Extract (2 tbs)
    Ground Cinnamon (1-2 tbs to taste)

Directions

1. Plug in waffle iron to get it ready.

2. Mix together flours, salt and baking powder.

3. Add in the almond milk, oil, agave nectar, and molasses. Use hand mixer to blend.

4. Mix in zest, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

5. Drop mix onto waffle iron and cook until done.
