    Very Good
Was craving an omelet for some reason which is unusal for me since I don't like omelets. I used two whole eggs and 1.5 oz of cream cheese. Was very good, satisfying, and would make again. Thanks for a good "go to" recipe. - 10/7/10

    Incredible!
It tasted great! I just had a little trouble getting it out of the pan whole, I guess I just need some more practice ;-) - 6/19/09

    Incredible!
Easy to make and very delicious! My omelette was almost overloaded with veggies so next time I will use maybe 3/4 cup. Also, to help cook the egg on top so the bottom won't burn broil for about 2 min. - 6/9/09
