Ingredients

    Leeks, onions, or shallots, olive oil, blour, salt, large eggs, mild and feta cheese

Directions

Cut up leeks, shallots and/or onions. Saute them in olive oil. In a bowl combine flour, salt, pepper to taste. Add 4 beaten eggsa nd milk. Whish until smooth. Mis in onion mixture and 1/2 # feta cheese. Pour mixture in a greased quiche or pie pan. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
