Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Rotel (Medium), 1.5 cup
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp
    Hunt's Ketchup, 4 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed

Directions

Mix all but ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar in a bowl. After mixing, fill a 12-muffin tin. Mix ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar and drizzle over uncooked meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
