Kinda turned the finished product into a burrito - I rolled up individual servings in a wheat tortilla with rice. Also, I didn't have taco seasoning on hand, so I used a little cumin, powdered garlic, oregano, & chili powder instead AND I added a small can of corn - still turned out great!! YUMMO! - 8/10/08

I made this recipe tonight and the family LOVED it! Everyone cleaned their plate! I used 1/2 of the taco seasoning and added some black beans. I also served it over brown rice. - 7/18/08

  • I substituted plain greek yogurt for the sour cream and used RBLAMB's idea of cumin, garlic powder, oregano and chili powder (1/4 tsp each) instead of taco seasoning. Served with black beans and a blend of quinoa and brown rice. Definitely making it again! - 6/28/17

  • Surprisingly delicious and so easy to make. I used less stuffing mix and added 1 Tbsp of Dried Minced Onion. Even my husband liked it. - 6/9/12
