    1 egg
    1 cup stuffing mix
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp mustard
    1 lb ground turkey


Mix together well
Shape into 20 meatballs
Bake 375 degrees for about 20 minutes

Serving Size = 5 Meatballs about 4oz of turkey
