Ingredients

    2 cups Fat-free whipping cream
    1 cup half & half
    5 eggs
    1.5 cups sugar
    enough milk to make 3 quarts (approx 2+ quarts fat-free milk)
    3-4 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions

Follow instructions on your ice cream maker. Adjust sugar & vanilla to your taste.
Makes about 3 quarts= 24 half-cup servings
