1.5 cups sugar
enough milk to make 3 quarts (approx 2+ quarts fat-free milk)
3-4 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Follow instructions on your ice cream maker. Adjust sugar & vanilla to your taste.
