    10oz broccoli
    12oz can mushrooms, drained
    10.5 oz beef, sliced thin
    2 med onions, chunked
    1 glove garlic, diced
    3oz stir-fry sauce
    1tbs soy sauce
    6oz chow mein noodles, cooked per package and drained


put stir fry sauce into the wok add onions, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms and soy sauce. Cook until the broccoli and olnoins are tender, add beef and let cook until beef is done.Turn wok off and add choe mein noodle and serve.
Cook on med high
Makes 7 two cup servings.
