    1/2 bag PictSweet Seasoning Blend (frozen onion, celery, bell pepper, parsley mix)
    1 Tbsp light butter
    4 cups (1 box) chicken broth
    1 can vegetable broth
    1/2 lb bonless skinless chicken breast, diced
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 bag frozen, sliced carrots
    4 oz egg noodles (I used yolk free noodles)


Melt butter in large pot
Add onion mixture and brown slightly
Add chicken and vegetable broth, chicken, carrots, basil, oregano and pepper
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done
Add noodles and return mixture to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer an additional 10 minutes or until noodles are tender
