going to make this tonight with italian herbs to go under fish i'm preparing based on a recipe from a gluten free italian recipe. I was specifically looking for a way to cook beans in the crock pot from dry since I knew it was possible. Thanks! - 10/22/10

    Incredible!
So easy to throw together and my whole family loved it! It's called Crock Pot Beans, but it's really another version of chili. I love that it includes dry beans (so economical) and yet there is no need to prep them or soak them separately. Excellent!! - 4/27/10

    Incredible!
I made this with Black Beans this week and my husband and I love it. I used our spicy house blend for seasoning along with extra chili powder and cumin. Thank you so much for sharing. It will become a family favorite around here. - 8/9/09
