Introduction

I love to make a double batch of this salad and leave the extra in the fridge for lunch the next day I love to make a double batch of this salad and leave the extra in the fridge for lunch the next day
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Half a bag of frozen peas
    1 Roma tomatoe
    1 medium scallion
    2 tablespoons Mayo
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pour half bag of peas into a bowl. Dice Tomatoe and add to peas add mayo and mix. Salt and pepper to taste serve imediatly or refridgerate.
