Introduction

Hearty and filling and oh so easy to make! Hearty and filling and oh so easy to make!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 med onion
    1 clove minced garlic ( I use jarred)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 c water
    3 c vegetable broth
    1 lg can stewed tomatoes, no salt
    15oz can kidney beans
    15oz can white beans
    15oz can green beans
    2 c fresh kale

Directions

Brown onion and garlic in oil. Add beans, water and broth and bring to a boil.

Add kale and reduce heat to medium high. simmer for 10 minutes.
