Very simple honey biscuits with that crunchy bite to it. It's so simple to make you can even get the kids involved to make it, which makes it even more enjoyable for them to eat. Ingredients

125g butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 ΒΌ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Raisins
Melted chocolate
Directions
Preheat the oven 160C .
Soak raisins in a bowl of water (this prevents it from drying out when placed in the oven).
Melt the butter, honey and brown sugar in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Remove from heat.
Sift in flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Place tablespoonsful of mixture on to a greased oven tray.
Flatten with fork and press a raisin into the centre of each biscuit before placing into the oven. Or you could add your own preferences and add anything else you fancy.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
Drizzle with melted chocolate when cool and enjoy!
Makes 20 - 30 pieces; depending on the size of the cookies.
