Ingredients

    balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Basil, 4 leaves (remove)
    Oregano, fresh, .5 tsp (chopped)
*Lemon Juice, 0.25 lemon yields (1 tbspn )
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 0.30tbsp (1 tspn)

Directions

Use all fresh ingredients, fresh Basil and Oregano leaves, not dried. Squeeze your lemon from a fresh lemon; don't use lemon juice in a bottle. I crush the fresh garlic pod, breaking it just enough to seep out the flavor. I usually take out the garlic just before poring the dressing on the salad. You can add salt if you like to taste, but this is a very low salt dressing. You can tweak any or all ingredients to adjust the flavors to your liking. This is a very tangy dressing.

Mix all the fresh ingredients together and let sit in fridge while preparing your salad. This makes enough dressing for two entree size salads.

This dressing is also good rubbed on meat and then grilled.
